Mohit Manoharlal Ganeshani, is an Independent Director of our Company and has been serving on the Board of Directors since September 30, 2024, for a term of five (5) years. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2018 and currently serves as a Partner at M/s Ganeshani & Co., Chartered Accountants. With over 15 years of experience in Finance, Taxation, Audit, Strategy, and Business Development, he brings extensive expertise to the Company. Previously, he was associated with TATA Power for over 7 years as a Specialist-CPG, contributing significantly to corporate planning and growth initiatives.
